Pantalles, v\u00eddeos curts, notificacions constants, activitats programades i est\u00edmuls immediats ocupen cada minut del dia dels infants i adolescents. En aquest context, <strong>cada vegada s\u00f3n m\u00e9s els docents que observen un fenomen preocupant a les aules<\/strong>: alumnat incapa\u00e7 de tolerar l\u2019avorriment.<\/p>\n<p>No parlem simplement d\u2019alumnes inquiets o desmotivats. El problema \u00e9s m\u00e9s profund. Molts han desenvolupat una necessitat constant d\u2019estimulaci\u00f3 immediata que<strong> dificulta processos essencials per a l\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong> com l\u2019atenci\u00f3 sostinguda, la reflexi\u00f3, la creativitat o l\u2019esfor\u00e7 mental prolongat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Quan l\u2019avorriment es converteix en un problema educatiu<\/h2>\n<p>Durant anys, el sistema educatiu ha intentat fer les classes \u201cm\u00e9s entretingudes\u201d. S\u2019han multiplicat les din\u00e0miques, els recursos visuals, la <a href=\"https:\/\/iddocente.com\/ca\/formacio\/curs-online-gamificacio-educacio-recursos-eines-aula\/\">gamificaci\u00f3<\/a> i les <a href=\"https:\/\/iddocente.com\/ca\/metodologies-actives\/\">metodologies actives<\/a>. Tot aix\u00f2 pot aportar valor pedag\u00f2gic quan hi ha una intenci\u00f3 did\u00e0ctica clara. Tanmateix, <strong>en alguns casos ha aparegut una conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia no desitjada<\/strong>: alumnes que esperen estar permanentment estimulats.<\/p>\n<p>Avui molts docents es troben amb <strong>alumnat<\/strong> que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perd l\u2019atenci\u00f3 r\u00e0pidament si una activitat no canvia constantment.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e9 dificultats per escoltar explicacions prolongades.<\/li>\n<li>Necessita recompenses immediates per mantenir l\u2019inter\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li>Es frustra davant de tasques que requereixen paci\u00e8ncia o esfor\u00e7 sostingut.<\/li>\n<li>Busca cont\u00ednuament distraccions quan apareix el m\u00ednim buit o silenci.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El problema no \u00e9s que els alumnes vulguin aprendre de manera din\u00e0mica. El veritable risc \u00e9s que <strong>alguns ja no saben conviure amb l\u2019espera<\/strong>, la lentitud o l\u2019esfor\u00e7 cognitiu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019avorriment tamb\u00e9 educa<\/h2>\n<p>Tot i que socialment es percebi com una cosa negativa, <strong>l\u2019avorriment compleix una funci\u00f3 important en el desenvolupament cognitiu<\/strong> i emocional. Quan no existeix una estimulaci\u00f3 externa constant, el cervell activa processos interns relacionats amb la imaginaci\u00f3, l\u2019autoreflexi\u00f3 i la <a href=\"https:\/\/iddocente.com\/ca\/importancia-creativitat-en-educacio\/\">creativitat<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Molts descobriments, idees i aprenentatges profunds neixen precisament en moments de pausa. Tanmateix, si cada instant est\u00e0 ocupat per est\u00edmuls r\u00e0pids i gratificants, el cervell s\u2019acostuma a funcionar \u00fanicament sota recompenses immediates.<\/p>\n<p>En l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 <strong>conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies<\/strong> clares:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Menor capacitat de concentraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Dificultats per llegir textos llargs.<\/li>\n<li>Problemes per mantenir l\u2019esfor\u00e7 intel\u00b7lectual.<\/li>\n<li>Baixa toler\u00e0ncia a la frustraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Depend\u00e8ncia d\u2019est\u00edmuls externs per aprendre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019aprenentatge real no sempre \u00e9s entretingut. Hi ha moments de pr\u00e0ctica repetitiva, reflexi\u00f3 silenciosa, lectura pausada o resoluci\u00f3 complexa de problemes. I precisament aqu\u00ed \u00e9s on molts alumnes troben m\u00e9s dificultats.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019impacte de la cultura de la immediatesa<\/h2>\n<p>Molts infants i adolescents <strong>gaireb\u00e9 no experimenten moments d\u2019avorriment en la seva vida<\/strong> quotidiana. Qualsevol espera s\u2019omple r\u00e0pidament amb una pantalla, una activitat o un est\u00edmul immediat. En ocasions, fins i tot sense adonar-nos-en, els adults evitem que aparegui l\u2019avorriment perqu\u00e8 l\u2019interpretam com una cosa negativa. Tanmateix, aprendre a gestionar-lo tamb\u00e9 forma part del desenvolupament emocional i cognitiu.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019escola no pot analitzar aquest fenomen de manera a\u00efllada. Els alumnes creixen en <strong>una cultura marcada per la velocitat i la hiperestimulaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Les xarxes socials, els v\u00eddeos de pocs segons i els algoritmes dissenyats per captar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 constant han canviat la manera com molts infants i adolescents interactuen amb la informaci\u00f3. El cervell s\u2019acostuma a rebre novetats permanents i recompenses instant\u00e0nies.<\/p>\n<p>Com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, activitats essencials per a l\u2019aprenentatge escolar (llegir, escriure, analitzar, memoritzar o resoldre problemes complexos) poden percebre\u2019s com massa lentes.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 <strong>no significa demonitzar la tecnologia ni rebutjar les metodologies innovadores<\/strong>. Significa comprendre que l\u2019educaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 ha d\u2019ensenyar alguna cosa que avui \u00e9s cada vegada m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil: sostenir l\u2019atenci\u00f3, tolerar la incomoditat intel\u00b7lectual i aprendre sense necessitat d\u2019estimulaci\u00f3 constant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Estem sobreprotegint cognitivament l\u2019alumnat?<\/h2>\n<p>En ocasions, amb la intenci\u00f3 de motivar, els adults evitem qualsevol situaci\u00f3 que pugui generar avorriment, dificultat o frustraci\u00f3. Tanmateix, <strong>aprendre implica necess\u00e0riament travessar certs nivells d\u2019incomoditat<\/strong>. L\u2019esfor\u00e7 cognitiu, l\u2019espera, la repetici\u00f3 o la concentraci\u00f3 sostinguda formen part del proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge i s\u00f3n fonamentals per desenvolupar habilitats profundes.<\/p>\n<p>Un alumne que mai no experimenta silenci, paci\u00e8ncia o esfor\u00e7 prolongat dif\u00edcilment arribar\u00e0 a construir una veritable autonomia intel\u00b7lectual. Quan l\u2019entorn ofereix estimulaci\u00f3 constant i respostes immediates, <strong>molts alumnes acaben desenvolupant una baixa toler\u00e0ncia a la dificultat<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 es tradueix en una tend\u00e8ncia a abandonar r\u00e0pidament tasques complexes, una menor capacitat de perseveran\u00e7a i una creixent necessitat d\u2019entreteniment continu per mantenir l\u2019atenci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, disminueix la toler\u00e0ncia a l\u2019error i augmenta la frustraci\u00f3 davant qualsevol activitat que exigeixi temps, concentraci\u00f3 o esfor\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, l\u2019escola no hauria de convertir-se en un espectacle permanent orientat \u00fanicament a captar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat. Tamb\u00e9 ha de ser <strong>un espai on els alumnes aprenguin a pensar amb calma<\/strong>, a esperar, a aprofundir en les idees i a enfrontar-se a reptes cognitius sense necessitat de rebre recompenses immediates de manera constant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Recuperar espais de pausa a l\u2019aula<\/h2>\n<p>Davant d\u2019aquesta realitat, alguns docents estan comen\u00e7ant a reivindicar una cosa aparentment senzilla per\u00f2 profundament necess\u00e0ria: el valor de la pausa.<\/p>\n<p>No es tracta de fer classes avorrides, sin\u00f3 d\u2019ajudar l\u2019alumnat a desenvolupar capacitats que requereixen temps i calma.<\/p>\n<p>Algunes <strong>estrat\u00e8gies<\/strong> poden ser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incorporar moments de lectura sostinguda sense interrupcions.<\/li>\n<li>Treballar l\u2019escolta activa i el silenci.<\/li>\n<li>Dissenyar activitats que requereixin reflexi\u00f3 profunda.<\/li>\n<li>Reduir la hiperfragmentaci\u00f3 de les tasques.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar processos creatius sense resultats immediats.<\/li>\n<li>Ensenyar expl\u00edcitament la gesti\u00f3 de la frustraci\u00f3 i la paci\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Educar tamb\u00e9 implica preparar els alumnes per conviure amb la dificultat, la lentitud i l\u2019esfor\u00e7 mental.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Un repte educatiu del present<\/h2>\n<p>Potser un dels grans reptes educatius actuals no \u00e9s captar constantment l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat, sin\u00f3 ajudar-lo a reconstruir la seva capacitat d\u2019atenci\u00f3 profunda.<\/p>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 un alumne incapa\u00e7 d\u2019avorrir-se tamb\u00e9 pot convertir-se en un alumne incapa\u00e7 de concentrar-se, perseverar o aprendre amb profunditat.<\/p>\n<p>En una societat obsessionada amb l\u2019est\u00edmul constant, aprendre a avorrir-se pot convertir-se en una de les habilitats m\u00e9s valuoses per aprendre a pensar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vivim en una \u00e8poca en qu\u00e8 l\u2019avorriment sembla haver-se convertit en un enemic que cal evitar a tota costa.
