Els dispositius digitals, les xarxes socials i l\u2019acc\u00e9s immediat a la informaci\u00f3 han transformat els seus h\u00e0bits de lectura. Avui <strong>els adolescents llegeixen constantment missatges, titulars i publicacions a les xarxes, per\u00f2 dediquen cada cop menys temps a la lectura pausada de llibres<\/strong> i textos llargs. Aquest canvi no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s cultural o educatiu; tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies directes en el desenvolupament cognitiu dels joves.<\/p>\n<p>Cada cop m\u00e9s investigadors es pregunten si la disminuci\u00f3 de la lectura profunda pot afectar el cervell i les habilitats necess\u00e0ries per pensar de manera cr\u00edtica i reflexiva.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>El cervell lector es construeix amb la pr\u00e0ctica<\/h2>\n<p>A difer\u00e8ncia del llenguatge oral, que els \u00e9ssers humans desenvolupen de manera natural,<strong> la lectura \u00e9s una habilitat cultural que el cervell ha d\u2019aprendre<\/strong>. Amb la pr\u00e0ctica, aquests processos s\u2019integren i permeten una lectura fluida i profunda.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e0ctica cont\u00ednua \u00e9s <strong>especialment important en l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, etapa en la qual els h\u00e0bits de lectura poden consolidar-se o perdre\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Llegir no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s descodificar paraules<\/h2>\n<p>La lectura profunda implica molt m\u00e9s que recon\u00e8ixer paraules. Quan un jove llegeix un llibre o un text complex, el seu cervell analitza arguments, estableix connexions entre idees, interpreta significats impl\u00edcits i reflexiona sobre el contingut. La lectura liter\u00e0ria tamb\u00e9 <strong>activa la imaginaci\u00f3 i l\u2019empatia<\/strong>: seguir hist\u00f2ries o comprendre motivacions de personatges ajuda a explorar perspectives diferents i emocions alienes.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes capacitats, essencials per al pensament cr\u00edtic, es desenvolupen millor mitjan\u00e7ant la lectura pausada i reflexiva.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>El cervell lector en l\u2019era digital<\/h2>\n<p>Internet i les xarxes socials han canviat la manera de llegir dels joves. En lloc de rec\u00f3rrer un text de manera lineal, salten entre enlla\u00e7os, pantalles i aplicacions. Aquesta forma de lectura pot ser efica\u00e7 per localitzar informaci\u00f3 r\u00e0pidament, per\u00f2 no afavoreix la comprensi\u00f3 profunda ni la reflexi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La neurocient\u00edfica <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maryannewolf.com\/\">Maryanne Wolf<\/a>, especialista en el cervell lector, adverteix que <strong>el cervell s\u2019adapta als h\u00e0bits que practiquem amb m\u00e9s freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia<\/strong>. No es tracta de rebutjar la tecnologia, sin\u00f3 d\u2019equilibrar-ne l\u2019\u00fas amb espais per a la lectura profunda. Fomentar el contacte amb llibres, <strong>promoure el gust per la lectura<\/strong> i dedicar temps a la reflexi\u00f3 sobre els textos contribueix a enfortir les habilitats cognitives dels joves.<\/p>\n<p>Les fam\u00edlies tamb\u00e9 juguen un rol clau. Llegir a casa, compartir llibres, comentar lectures o simplement <strong>mostrar entusiasme per la lectura<\/strong> <strong>ajuda els adolescents<\/strong> a associar els llibres amb experi\u00e8ncies positives. Els h\u00e0bits lectors que es reforcen a la llar augmenten la probabilitat que els joves desenvolupin un h\u00e0bit lector durador i significatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Estrat\u00e8gies conjuntes com la lectura silenciosa a l\u2019aula, el treball amb textos complexos, la recomanaci\u00f3 de lectures variades, la creaci\u00f3 de clubs de lectura i la implicaci\u00f3 familiar ajuden a consolidar l\u2019h\u00e0bit lector i la comprensi\u00f3 profunda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Llegir per pensar<\/h2>\n<p>En un m\u00f3n dominat per la rapidesa i l\u2019abund\u00e0ncia d\u2019est\u00edmuls, la lectura profunda continua sent una pr\u00e0ctica vital.
