A difer\u00e8ncia de l\u2019assetjament tradicional, no es limita a l\u2019aula o al pati: <strong>s\u2019est\u00e9n a qualsevol espai en l\u00ednia, a qualsevol hora del dia<\/strong>, i pot tenir conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies greus en la salut emocional, social i acad\u00e8mica dels alumnes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"416\" data-end=\"820\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Avui dia, els alumnes utilitzen xarxes socials, aplicacions de missatgeria instant\u00e0nia i plataformes de videojocs, cosa que augmenta tant l\u2019exposici\u00f3 a possibles agressions com la dificultat per detectar-les. Per aix\u00f2, protegir els alumnes davant del ciberassetjament requereix <strong>estrat\u00e8gies combinades de prevenci\u00f3, educaci\u00f3 i actuaci\u00f3<\/strong>, amb la implicaci\u00f3 del professorat, les fam\u00edlies i el mateix alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el ciberassetjament i com es manifesta<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"39\" data-end=\"237\">El ciberassetjament \u00e9s una forma d\u2019assetjament escolar que utilitza mitjans digitals per hostilitzar, intimidar o humiliar un alumne. Pot adoptar diverses formes, i algunes de les m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"333\">Missatges insultants o amena\u00e7adors enviats per xats, correus electr\u00f2nics o xarxes socials.\u00c7<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"333\">Difusi\u00f3 d\u2019imatges, v\u00eddeos o rumors comprometedors sense el consentiment de la v\u00edctima.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"333\">Exclusi\u00f3 digital, quan un alumne \u00e9s bloquejat o ignorat en grups en l\u00ednia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"907\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Hi ha tamb\u00e9 situacions m\u00e9s greus, com la suplantaci\u00f3 d\u2019identitat, en qu\u00e8 l\u2019agressor crea perfils falsos per ridiculitzar la v\u00edctima, o el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.savethechildren.es\/actualidad\/grooming-que-es-como-detectarlo-y-prevenirlo\">grooming<\/a>, l\u2019acostament d\u2019adults amb finalitats sexuals, que requereixen una intervenci\u00f3 immediata. Tot i que moltes d\u2019aquestes formes semblen \u201cvirtuals\u201d, els seus efectes s\u00f3n molt reals i <strong>poden afectar greument l\u2019autoestima, la confian\u00e7a i el benestar<\/strong> de l\u2019alumne.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Senyals d\u2019alerta per al professorat i les fam\u00edlies<\/h2>\n<p>Detectar a temps el ciberassetjament \u00e9s fonamental. Els alumnes afectats poden <strong>mostrar canvis de comportament<\/strong>, com ansietat, tristesa, irritabilitat o canvis en la manera de relacionar-se amb els companys. Tamb\u00e9 poden evitar l\u2019\u00fas de dispositius o xarxes socials, disminuir el seu rendiment acad\u00e8mic, a\u00efllar-se del grup o perdre inter\u00e8s en activitats habituals.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns <strong>signes f\u00edsics<\/strong>, com problemes de son, mals de cap o p\u00e8rdua d\u2019apetit, tamb\u00e9 poden alertar el professorat i les fam\u00edlies sobre l\u2019exist\u00e8ncia d\u2019un problema. Tot i que aquestes senyals no sempre indiquen ciberassetjament, mereixen atenci\u00f3 i acompanyament, especialment quan es combinen diverses d\u2019elles.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, observar com reaccionen els alumnes davant dels companys i l\u2019entorn digital, aix\u00ed com escoltar comentaris d\u2019amics propers, pot ajudar a detectar situacions d\u2019assetjament que d\u2019altra manera passarien desapercebudes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>El paper del professorat i del centre educatiu<\/h2>\n<p>El professorat<strong> juga un paper decisiu en la prevenci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 del ciberassetjament<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s fonamental:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formar-se per identificar senyals d\u2019alerta i actuar de manera efica\u00e7.<\/li>\n<li>Integrar continguts d\u2019educaci\u00f3 digital i ciutadania responsable en el curr\u00edculum.<\/li>\n<li>Definir protocols clars de den\u00fancia i seguiment dels casos.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinar-se amb les fam\u00edlies i serveis externs, com psic\u00f2legs o orientaci\u00f3 escolar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un docent preparat i un centre comprom\u00e8s poden <strong>detectar, gestionar i prevenir situacions<\/strong> que, d\u2019altra manera, podrien passar desapercebudes, oferint a la v\u00edctima suport emocional i estrat\u00e8gies per afrontar el problema.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Estrat\u00e8gies de prevenci\u00f3<\/h2>\n<p>Prevenir el ciberassetjament requereix un enfocament combinat que inclogui educaci\u00f3, comunicaci\u00f3 i eines tecnol\u00f2giques. Entre les estrat\u00e8gies m\u00e9s efectives es troben:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Educaci\u00f3 digital<\/strong>: ensenyar els alumnes a utilitzar xarxes i aplicacions de manera segura i responsable. Aix\u00f2 inclou la gesti\u00f3 de contrasenyes, la privacitat dels perfils i la import\u00e0ncia de no difondre contingut comprom\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foment de l\u2019empatia i el respecte en l\u00ednia<\/strong>: promoure activitats a l\u2019aula i campanyes de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 que reforcin la conviv\u00e8ncia positiva i la capacitat dels alumnes de posar-se en el lloc de l\u2019altre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Impuls de la participaci\u00f3 activa dels alumnes<\/strong>: involucrar-los en la creaci\u00f3 de normes de conviv\u00e8ncia digital i en programes de tutoria entre iguals, perqu\u00e8 se sentin responsables de construir un entorn segur i de donar suport a companys que puguin estar en risc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies<\/strong>: mantenir els pares informats i formats sobre l\u2019\u00fas segur de la tecnologia, fomentant el di\u00e0leg amb els seus fills i la vigil\u00e0ncia de comportaments sospitosos, cosa que refor\u00e7a la prevenci\u00f3 fora de l\u2019aula.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s important generar una cultura de comunicaci\u00f3 oberta, on els alumnes se sentin segurs per <strong>explicar qualsevol situaci\u00f3 que els faci sentir inc\u00f2modes o amena\u00e7ats<\/strong>. La combinaci\u00f3 d\u2019educaci\u00f3 i comunicaci\u00f3 permet que els alumnes desenvolupin habilitats per protegir-se i protegir altres, generant un entorn m\u00e9s segur dins i fora de l\u2019aula.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Actuaci\u00f3 davant d\u2019un cas de ciberassetjament<\/h2>\n<p>Quan es detecta un cas de ciberassetjament, \u00e9s crucial actuar de manera r\u00e0pida i estructurada:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Documentar les proves<\/strong> disponibles, com captures de pantalla, missatges o enlla\u00e7os que evidenci\u00efn l\u2019assetjament.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contactar amb la fam\u00edlia<\/strong> de la v\u00edctima i, si cal, amb les autoritats competents.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proporcionar suport emocional i psicol\u00f2gic<\/strong> a la v\u00edctima i, en alguns casos, a l\u2019agressor.<\/li>\n<li>Realitzar un <strong>seguiment continu<\/strong> per garantir que l\u2019alumne recuperi la seguretat digital i emocional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Actuar de manera organitzada no nom\u00e9s ajuda a minimitzar l\u2019impacte de l\u2019assetjament, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 prev\u00e9 que es repeteixi i <strong>envia un missatge clar sobre la toler\u00e0ncia zero<\/strong> davant del ciberbullying.<\/p>\n<p>El ciberassetjament \u00e9s un repte creixent en l\u2019era digital, amb conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies que poden afectar profundament la salut emocional i acad\u00e8mica dels alumnes.
