Normatives que faciliten la promoci\u00f3 amb mat\u00e8ries no superades, pressi\u00f3 administrativa per millorar les estad\u00edstiques i discursos pol\u00edtics que confonen flexibilitzaci\u00f3 amb laxitud han generat <strong>un escenari on aprovar sembla m\u00e9s important que aprendre<\/strong>. Tanmateix, cal preguntar-se: a qui beneficia realment aquesta tend\u00e8ncia? Quines conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies t\u00e9 per al professorat, per a l\u2019alumnat i per a la qualitat de l\u2019educaci\u00f3?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019aprovat com a fi\u2026 i no com a resultat<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019aprovat hauria de ser la conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia natural d\u2019un proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge significatiu. Hauria de reflectir el que un alumne sap fer, comprendre i aplicar. Tanmateix, avui apareix amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia com <strong>un objectiu administratiu que s\u2019ha d\u2019assolir gaireb\u00e9 a qualsevol pre<\/strong>u, fins i tot quan el progr\u00e9s real no acompanya. Aquesta distorsi\u00f3 t\u00e9 implicacions profundes.<\/p>\n<p>Entre les <strong>conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies m\u00e9s visibles<\/strong> hi ha:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P\u00e8rdua del valor pedag\u00f2gic de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Alumnat que avan\u00e7a sense compet\u00e8ncies reals, generant futures bretxes.<\/li>\n<li>Centres orientats a les dades i no als processos d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En aquest context, molts docents senten que la seva funci\u00f3 avaluadora s\u2019ha redu\u00eft a validar un procediment. Reduir l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 a una casella de \u201capte\/no apte\u201d no nom\u00e9s simplifica la realitat educativa: la deforma i genera una il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 de normalitat que poc t\u00e9 a veure amb l\u2019aprenentatge aut\u00e8ntic.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s un tr\u00e0mit, \u00e9s una eina d\u2019aprenentatge<\/h2>\n<p>La cultura de l\u2019aprovat massiu <strong>refor\u00e7a la idea err\u00f2nia que avaluar \u00e9s simplement qualificar<\/strong>, quan en realitat hauria de ser comprendre, analitzar i millorar. L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 \u00e9s el moment en qu\u00e8 el docent interpreta el proc\u00e9s, detecta necessitats, identifica aven\u00e7os i pren decisions. Quan el focus es despla\u00e7a cap a la xifra final, desapareixen elements essencials de l\u2019acte educatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Entre aquests elements destaquen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El diagn\u00f2stic preco\u00e7 de les dificultats.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019ajust de la intervenci\u00f3 educativa.<\/li>\n<li>El desenvolupament de compet\u00e8ncies profundes.<\/li>\n<li>La construcci\u00f3 d\u2019una cultura de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 i de la responsabilitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Els docents ho saben: sense una avaluaci\u00f3 honesta, seriosa i exigent, no existeix aprenentatge durador. Nom\u00e9s rutines sense sentit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019impacte en el professorat: m\u00e9s pressi\u00f3, menys reconeixement<\/h2>\n<p>Parad\u00f2xicament, <strong>aquesta cultura de l\u2019aprovat no redueix la c\u00e0rrega docent; la multiplic<\/strong>a. Es demana que l\u2019alumnat aprovi, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 que s\u2019atengui la diversitat sense recursos suficients. Es sol\u00b7licita flexibilitat metodol\u00f2gica, per\u00f2 es q\u00fcestionen els criteris professionals quan els resultats no encaixen en les expectatives institucionals.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, es reclamen millores r\u00e0pides en el rendiment, mentre es limita la capacitat dels docents per dur a terme intervencions pedag\u00f2giques profundes. Molts professors senten que <strong>se\u2019ls responsabilitza d\u2019aspectes que excedeixen l\u2019aula<\/strong> (situacions sociofamiliars, manca de suports, r\u00e0tios elevades&#8230;) i que, al mateix temps, se\u2019ls resta autoritat per a avaluar amb rigor.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta pressi\u00f3 continuada provoca desgast professional i una desconnexi\u00f3 progressiva entre el que es fa a l\u2019aula i el que s\u2019exigeix des de fora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Aprovar sense aprendre no \u00e9s inclusi\u00f3<\/h2>\n<p>Un dels arguments m\u00e9s repetits per justificar la flexibilitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 \u00e9s que afavoreix la inclusi\u00f3. Per\u00f2 la inclusi\u00f3 aut\u00e8ntica no consisteix a evitar els suspensos, sin\u00f3 a <strong>garantir que cada alumne pugui aprendre en funci\u00f3 de les seves necessitats<\/strong> reals. Permetre que un alumne avanci sense dominar els aprenentatges essencials \u00e9s, en el fons, una forma d\u2019abandonament.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>veritable inclusi\u00f3<\/strong> implica:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detectar necessitats.<\/li>\n<li>Oferir suports i temps adequats.<\/li>\n<li>Avaluar amb claredat i coher\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<li>Acompanyar els progressos reals, encara que siguin petits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Promocionar sistem\u00e0ticament sense aprenentatge genera frustraci\u00f3, desconnexi\u00f3 emocional i desigualtat futura, especialment entre l\u2019alumnat m\u00e9s vulnerable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Anar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l\u2019aprovat<\/h2>\n<p>Recuperar el sentit de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 exigeix recon\u00e8ixer alguna cosa que el professorat porta anys defensant: el criteri docent \u00e9s una garantia de qualitat educativa. Avaluar <strong>requereix observaci\u00f3, an\u00e0lisi, interpretaci\u00f3 i experi\u00e8ncia<\/strong>. No \u00e9s una tasca mec\u00e0nica.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, <strong>una avaluaci\u00f3 amb sentit ha d\u2019aspirar <\/strong>a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ser formativa i rigorosa.<\/li>\n<li>Basar-se en evid\u00e8ncies i no en estad\u00edstiques.<\/li>\n<li>Respectar la professionalitat docent.<\/li>\n<li>Mantenir la coher\u00e8ncia interna del proc\u00e9s d\u2019ensenyament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Els docents no han de ser executors passius de decisions externes, sin\u00f3 l\u00edders pedag\u00f2gics, capa\u00e7os de guiar processos que realment millorin l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Formaci\u00f3 rigorosa per a una avaluaci\u00f3 amb sentit<\/h2>\n<p>Davant la cultura de l\u2019aprovat autom\u00e0tic, defensem un model d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 que preservi el seu valor pedag\u00f2gic. Creiem en una avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua, \u00fatil i ben fonamentada. Creiem en la presa de decisions professional i respectada. Creiem en un alumnat que entengui el valor de l\u2019aprenentatge m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del n\u00famero final.<\/p>\n<p>Els centres necessiten eines pr\u00e0ctiques, estrat\u00e8gies actualitzades i formaci\u00f3 rigorosa que els permeti sostenir aquest model. I les fam\u00edlies necessiten comprendre que <strong>l\u2019exig\u00e8ncia no \u00e9s un obstacle<\/strong>, sin\u00f3 una forma de respecte cap al proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge dels seus fills.<\/p>\n<p>Recuperar el rigor no implica tornar al c\u00e0stig ni a l\u2019examen memor\u00edstic; significa recuperar profunditat, coher\u00e8ncia i sentit en l\u2019acte educatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Espanya necessita un debat honest i seri\u00f3s que superi el titular f\u00e0cil i <strong>torni a l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 la seva funci\u00f3 original<\/strong>: millorar l\u2019aprenentatge, orientar l\u2019alumnat i dignificar la tasca docent. Aprovar no pot ser un fi en si mateix.
