Aquest canvi, promogut per la LOMLOE, la neuroeducaci\u00f3 i les innovacions pedag\u00f2giques, situa el docent en un rol transformador: <strong>ja no nom\u00e9s transmet informaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 que dissenya experi\u00e8ncies d\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong> significatives i facilita la construcci\u00f3 del coneixement.<\/p>\n<p>Les metodologies actives, com l\u2019aprenentatge cooperatiu, l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/iddocente.com\/ca\/formacion\/curs-online-daprenentatge-basat-en-projectes-abp\/\">Aprenentatge Basat en Projectes (ABP)<\/a>, el <a href=\"https:\/\/iddocente.com\/ca\/formacion\/curs-online-de-flipped-classroom\/\">Flipped Classroom<\/a> o la <a href=\"https:\/\/iddocente.com\/ca\/formacion\/curs-online-de-gamificacio-aplicada-a-leducacio\/\">gamificaci\u00f3<\/a>, requereixen que el docent sigui guia, mediador i creador de contextos d\u2019aprenentatge, <strong>situant l\u2019alumnat al centre<\/strong> i fomentant l\u2019autonomia, la motivaci\u00f3 i la creativitat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>De transmissor a facilitador<\/h2>\n<p>Tradicionalment, el professor era el centre de l\u2019aula, responsable d\u2019impartir coneixements de manera unidireccional. Les metodologies actives conviden a un canvi radical:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilita <strong>l\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong>, en lloc de limitar-se a explicar-ho.<\/li>\n<li>Dissenya tasques que <strong>desafien i motiven<\/strong>, fomentant l\u2019autonomia de l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<li>Genera entorns rics en recursos i opcions, permetent que <strong>cada alumne aprengui segons el seu ritme<\/strong> i estil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En aquest rol, <strong>el docent esdev\u00e9 mentor i guia<\/strong>, m\u00e9s que un simple prove\u00efdor d\u2019informaci\u00f3. Per exemple, en un projecte de ci\u00e8ncies sobre energies renovables, el professor no nom\u00e9s explica els conceptes, sin\u00f3 que proposa experiments, debats i activitats pr\u00e0ctiques, ajudant l\u2019alumnat a descobrir per si mateix les conclusions.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest canvi de rol tamb\u00e9 implica una major atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat: recon\u00e8ixer que cada alumne t\u00e9 interessos, motivacions i capacitats diferents, i oferir alternatives que els permetin assolir els objectius d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Planificador d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies d\u2019aprenentatge<\/h2>\n<p>En les <a href=\"https:\/\/iddocente.com\/ca\/metodologies-actives\/\">metodologies actives<\/a>, el docent dissenya experi\u00e8ncies significatives: activitats que connecten els continguts curriculars amb la vida real, amb els interessos de l\u2019alumnat i amb reptes que desenvolupen compet\u00e8ncies clau.<\/p>\n<p>Exemples de planificaci\u00f3 activa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aprenentatge Basat en Projectes (ABP)<\/strong>: el docent planteja un desafiament o problema real (per exemple, dissenyar un hort escolar sostenible) i guia la investigaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat, facilitant recursos, eines i seguiment durant tot el proc\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aula Invertida (Flipped Classroom)<\/strong>: el professorat prepara materials accessibles (v\u00eddeos, lectures, podcasts) i dedica el temps de classe a debats, resoluci\u00f3 de problemes i experimentaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gamificaci\u00f3<\/strong>: dissenya din\u00e0miques de joc que reforcen els continguts i fomenten la motivaci\u00f3, com competicions per equips, missions setmanals o reptes interactius amb punts i nivells.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En tots els casos, el docent ha d\u2019anticipar possibles dificultats i preparar recursos i suports diversos, seguint els principis d\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva i, quan sigui possible, incorporant el <strong>Disseny Universal per a l\u2019Aprenentatge (DUA)<\/strong> per garantir que tots els alumnes puguin participar i aprendre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Observador i adaptador<\/h2>\n<p>El docent actiu necessita observar, avaluar i ajustar constantment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detecta <strong>barreres d\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong> i difer\u00e8ncies individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Ofereix <strong>alternatives<\/strong>, suports i reptes graduats segons les necessitats de cada alumne.<\/li>\n<li>Avaluar mitjan\u00e7ant r\u00fabriques, portafolis, autoavaluaci\u00f3 i coavaluaci\u00f3, <strong>prioritzant el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong> per sobre del resultat final.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per exemple, en una unitat d\u2019hist\u00f2ria sobre l\u2019Edat Mitjana, alguns alumnes poden expressar el seu aprenentatge mitjan\u00e7ant mapes conceptuals, altres mitjan\u00e7ant dramatitzacions i altres amb exposicions digitals. La funci\u00f3 del docent \u00e9s garantir que tots compleixin els objectius competencials, encara que la manera de demostrar-ho sigui diferent.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest enfocament tamb\u00e9 enforteix l\u2019autorregulaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat, que apr\u00e8n a identificar les seves fortaleses i \u00e0rees de millora, mentre que el docent apr\u00e8n a dissenyar experi\u00e8ncies m\u00e9s flexibles i efectives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Motivador i mediador social<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de continguts i metodologies, el docent actiu t\u00e9 un rol emocional i social:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fomenta la <strong>cooperaci\u00f3 i el treball en equip<\/strong>, assignant rols, mediant en conflictes i promovent la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Facilita la <strong>resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes i la comunicaci\u00f3 efectiva<\/strong>, ensenyant habilitats socials fonamentals.<\/li>\n<li>Promou la motivaci\u00f3 intr\u00ednseca, <strong>connectant l\u2019aprenentatge amb els interessos<\/strong>, les experi\u00e8ncies pr\u00e8vies i les metes personals de l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e8xit d\u2019una metodologia activa dep\u00e8n en gran mesura de l\u2019actitud, l\u2019empatia i la capacitat de mediaci\u00f3 del docent. Quan un professor aconsegueix motivar el seu grup i crear un clima de confian\u00e7a, els alumnes participen m\u00e9s, es responsabilitzen del seu aprenentatge i mostren una major creativitat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Reflexi\u00f3 i aprenentatge professional continu<\/h2>\n<p>El docent en metodologies actives tamb\u00e9 apr\u00e8n ensenyant. La reflexi\u00f3 constant sobre la pr\u00e0ctica, la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb altres docents i la formaci\u00f3 continuada s\u00f3n essencials per a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Millorar la <strong>planificaci\u00f3<\/strong> i la implementaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats.<\/li>\n<li>Integrar <strong>noves eines<\/strong> digitals o estrat\u00e8gies metodol\u00f2giques.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Innovar<\/strong> sense perdre de vista els objectius curriculars i competencials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Participar en comunitats de pr\u00e0ctica, observar els companys, rebre retroalimentaci\u00f3 i avaluar els resultats de l\u2019alumnat s\u00f3n accions que enforteixen la compet\u00e8ncia professional del docent i consoliden el canvi cap a un aula m\u00e9s activa i centrada en l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>El rol del docent en les metodologies actives \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s ampli i complex que el de transmissor de continguts. \u00c9s un dissenyador d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies, facilitador de l\u2019aprenentatge, mediador social i observador atent. Adoptar aquest rol suposa assumir un canvi de paradigma: <strong>del control de l\u2019aula a la gesti\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong>, des de la diversitat i la inclusi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Quan el professorat es posiciona com a guia, motivador i planificador flexible, <strong>transforma l\u2019aula en un espai on cada alumne pot aprendre de manera significativa<\/strong>, segons el seu estil, ritme i capacitats.<\/p>\n<p>El docent actiu no nom\u00e9s ensenya; crea les condicions perqu\u00e8 cada alumne assoleixi el seu m\u00e0xim potencial, fent de l\u2019aprenentatge una experi\u00e8ncia participativa, inclusiva i motivadora.
