M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 dels comportaments disruptius puntuals, es tracta d\u2019un fenomen que reflecteix el clima de conviv\u00e8ncia del grup, la relaci\u00f3 docent-alumne i el model educatiu que es promou. Gestionar-la no significa simplement imposar normes o sancionar, sin\u00f3 <strong>comprendre\u2019n les causes, anticipar-se als conflictes i construir un entorn<\/strong> on el respecte i la cooperaci\u00f3 siguin valors compartits.<\/p>\n<p>A les aules d\u2019avui conflueixen diversos factors que poden afavorir l\u2019aparici\u00f3 de conductes indisciplinades: la diversitat de l\u2019alumnat, la manca de motivaci\u00f3, la pressi\u00f3 de l\u2019entorn familiar, les dificultats emocionals o la desconnexi\u00f3 entre les expectatives escolars i la realitat social dels joves. Per aix\u00f2, m\u00e9s que aplicar solucions immediates, <strong>cal repensar l\u2019enfocament disciplinari<\/strong> des d\u2019una mirada educativa i preventiva.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Comprendre la indisciplina: m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del c\u00e0stig<\/h2>\n<p>La indisciplina no sempre respon a una manca de l\u00edmits o a una feblesa del docent. En molts casos, est\u00e0 relacionada amb <strong>necessitats emocionals no ateses, problemes d\u2019autoestima, car\u00e8ncies afectives o contextos familiars i socials complicats<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 pot sorgir com a reacci\u00f3 davant de metodologies poc participatives o davant la sensaci\u00f3 que all\u00f2 que s\u2019ensenya no t\u00e9 sentit.<\/p>\n<p>El primer pas per gestionar-la de manera efica\u00e7 \u00e9s interpretar el comportament com un missatge, no com una amena\u00e7a. Preguntar-se: qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 intentant comunicar aquest alumne amb la seva actitud? Busca atenci\u00f3, reconeixement, seguretat, pertinen\u00e7a? Aquesta mirada emp\u00e0tica <strong>permet al professorat actuar amb m\u00e9s intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional<\/strong> i menys impulsivitat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Prevenir \u00e9s m\u00e9s efica\u00e7 que corregir<\/h2>\n<p>Una gesti\u00f3 efectiva de la disciplina es basa en la prevenci\u00f3 m\u00e9s que en la reacci\u00f3. Establir, des de l\u2019inici del curs, <strong>unes normes clares, coherents i consensuade<\/strong>s ajuda a generar comprom\u00eds i sentit de pertinen\u00e7a en l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>El docent ha de procurar un ambient previsible i estructurat, <strong>on les rutines i els l\u00edmits siguin coneguts<\/strong> per tothom. Per\u00f2 prevenir tamb\u00e9 implica dissenyar activitats motivadores, actives i participatives, que redueixin els comportaments disruptius derivats de l\u2019avorriment o de la desconnexi\u00f3. Quan l\u2019alumnat se sent implicat i valorat, les conductes problem\u00e0tiques disminueixen de manera natural.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019autoritat positiva del docent<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019autoritat del professorat no s\u2019imposa, es construeix amb coher\u00e8ncia, empatia i seguretat. Els alumnes respecten m\u00e9s qui se sent proper, just i ferm. L\u2019autoritat positiva neix de l\u2019exemple: el docent que compleix el que promet, que escolta, per\u00f2 que tamb\u00e9 mant\u00e9 els l\u00edmits, inspira confian\u00e7a i respecte.<\/p>\n<p>Ser ferm no implica ser autoritari. \u00c9s possible sostenir els l\u00edmits sense cridar ni imposar-se. En realitat, <strong>la serenitat del docent \u00e9s la seva millor eina d\u2019autoritat<\/strong>. Quan l\u2019adult mant\u00e9 la calma i aplica conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies de manera justa, comunica al grup que t\u00e9 el control de la situaci\u00f3 i que tothom pot sentir-se segur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Comunicaci\u00f3 assertiva i gesti\u00f3 emocional<\/h2>\n<p>La manera com el professorat comunica les seves expectatives i respon davant de la indisciplina marca la difer\u00e8ncia entre el conflicte i l\u2019aprenentatge. Una comunicaci\u00f3 assertiva permet expressar l\u00edmits sense agressivitat i mostrar empatia sense feblesa.<\/p>\n<p>Fer servir frases en primera persona (\u201cjo necessito que tothom escolti\u201d o \u201cem preocupa quan interromps perqu\u00e8 no et puc ajudar com voldria\u201d) evita la confrontaci\u00f3 directa i fomenta la reflexi\u00f3 de l\u2019alumne.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, l<strong>a gesti\u00f3 emocional del docent \u00e9s fonamental<\/strong>. Mantenir la calma, no respondre des de la ira o la frustraci\u00f3 i actuar des de la reflexi\u00f3 \u00e9s clau per ser model d\u2019autocontrol. La manera com el professorat gestiona les seves pr\u00f2pies emocions ensenya, moltes vegades, m\u00e9s que qualsevol discurs sobre conviv\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Fomentar la participaci\u00f3 i la corresponsabilitat<\/h2>\n<p>Quan els alumnes participen en la definici\u00f3 de les normes i estrat\u00e8gies de conviv\u00e8ncia, se senten part del proc\u00e9s i responsables del seu compliment. El treball cooperatiu, els rols rotatius, les assemblees d\u2019aula o els contractes de conviv\u00e8ncia s\u00f3n <strong>recursos efica\u00e7os per promoure l\u2019autoregulaci\u00f3<\/strong> i el sentit de grup.<\/p>\n<p>Una comunitat educativa on es valora la veu de l\u2019alumnat i es refor\u00e7a el comportament positiu genera menys conflictes i m\u00e9s comprom\u00eds. El reconeixement p\u00fablic dels assoliments, la celebraci\u00f3 d\u2019actituds respectuoses i la retroalimentaci\u00f3 constructiva s\u00f3n estrat\u00e8gies poderoses per refor\u00e7ar els comportaments desitjables.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>El paper del centre educatiu<\/h2>\n<p>La indisciplina no es pot afrontar com un problema individual d\u2019un docent, sin\u00f3 com una responsabilitat institucional. <strong>Els equips directius i els departaments d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 han d\u2019oferir suport, formaci\u00f3 i protocols clars<\/strong> d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 davant de conductes disruptives.<\/p>\n<p>La coher\u00e8ncia entre les normes de l\u2019aula i les del centre refor\u00e7a l\u2019autoritat del professorat i la percepci\u00f3 de just\u00edcia entre l\u2019alumnat. A m\u00e9s, <strong>la coordinaci\u00f3 entre docents \u00e9s fonamental<\/strong> per evitar missatges contradictoris i per actuar de manera unit\u00e0ria davant de situacions de conflicte.<\/p>\n<p>Gestionar la indisciplina no consisteix a apagar incendis, sin\u00f3 a construir dia a dia un clima de confian\u00e7a, respecte i responsabilitat compartida. La disciplina s\u2019ha d\u2019entendre com una oportunitat educativa, no com una forma de control.<\/p>\n<p>El professorat <strong>necessita sentir-se acompanyat i recolzat per la instituci\u00f3<\/strong>, disposar d\u2019espais de reflexi\u00f3 conjunta i <a href=\"https:\/\/iddocente.com\/ca\/mediacio-i-assetjament-escolar\/\">formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica en conviv\u00e8ncia<\/a>, comunicaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 emocional.
